Passionate about project management and working with different teams, personalities and expertise. Hatish has a successful track record of managing and co-ordinating projects across various sectors spanning over 26 years. He brings considerable value from a previous Client role within a major private hospital organisation in the UK with a £1billion property portfolio. During this time, he has held responsibility for planning, developing strategies & feasibilities, implementing, budgeting and co-ordinating property developments. He brings an added value from experience sitting both ‘sides of the fence’ i.e., Client and Consultant.
Hatish is a clear communicator with attention to detail and has developed a clear understanding of Client needs with a proven record of adding value to project set-ups, contract implementation and project delivery.
Making his mark as a Project Manager’s assistant working on a fast-track retail roll-out across the UK for a well-known High Street retailer of 500 stores, Hatish developed a passion for project management.
His career developed swiftly and broadly with projects across a range of sectors. As a Client Project Manager at BUPA, a private healthcare provider which had 36 hospitals within their property portfolio Hatish learned a lot about Client needs and with guidance from some inspirational colleagues, he managed a number of high profile hospital projects including new builds and refurbishments of theatres, 9 MRI suites and pretty much the full array of healthcare facilities.
Having worked with reputable project management companies in Auckland, Hatish decided to establish Perficio with a vision to offer Clients a ‘true’ project management service that differs from the tick-box process often used.
